Stacking The Shelves is feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Lenoreo’s Haul

(All Ebooks unless otherwise specified)

NetGalley ARC Requests Approved:

34444705

  • Blood Guard (Mission #1) by Megan Erickson from Loveswept (Random House Publishing Group – Loveswept) — releases September 12th, 2017.  I saw a teaser in Ms. Erickson’s newsletter and was hooked, so I had to try to request!  I’m also hoping to meet her at Apollycon 2018 in Washington, D.C. next March.

NetGalley ARC Widgets Offered (and Taken):

35101031

  • Pounding Skin (Skin Deep Inc. #2) by L.A. Witt from Swerve (St. Martin’s Press) — releases July 11th, 2017.  I was offered the first book and enjoyed it, so I was happy to be offered book #2!  See my review of book #1 here.

ARCs from Authors/PR Companies:

32721297

  • The Director and Don Juan (The Story Sisters #2, Blueberry Lane #16) from L. Woods PR — releases June 30th, 2017 on Amazon, no preorder so no link.  I love the Blueberry Lane series and loved book one, you can read that review here.

New Releases:

35410694

  • Amnesia (Amnesia Duet #1) by Cambria Hebert — released June 10th, 2017.  I’ve already met this author, but I’m hoping to see her again at the Big Apple Author Event in October.

Got It On Sale:

2847371622820741

  • Shut Out (Bayard Hockey #1) by Kelly Jamieson — I got an ARC of book 2, but I haven’t read this book yet, so when I got an eReaderIQ alert that it was 99 cents from its usual $3.99, I snatched it up!  Still on sale!
  • Six of Hearts (Hearts #1) by L.H. Cosway — I haven’t read any of this author’s solo books yet, though I do have one or two from her.  And technically, I think this book has been on sale for a really long time, but it was featured on a The Rock Stars of Romance newsletter under the 99 cent steals, so I decided to go for it!  This author will be at both the Big Apple Author Event in October and Apollycon 2018 in Washington, D.C. next March, so it was more incentive.  Still 99 cents!

  1. I got Shut Out, too! I read the second book in that series and really enjoyed it. I have already read Six of Hearts. I thought it was pretty good. I have liked her collaborations with Penny Reid better, though.

    • I can’t wait to read some Bayard Hockey, you were the one that turned me onto that author!!

I haven’t read any solo Cosway, but I didn’t end up overly enjoying the first in the collabs with Penny Reid. Not dislike, but like 3-3.5 stars or something. But I’m still curious.
