I am kinda disappointed with the ending honestly. I was hoping for a more tangible, maybe slightly more nefarious reason that was given for their memory loss. And the epilogue! Come on, now I have that on my brain. What if its a vicious cycle? How do they stop it from happening again? I could go on but I don’t want to get too spoilery.
I love the way their feelings were described after they ‘woke’ up. I would have felt the same way if I couldn’t remember who I was. Charlie was a bit of a bitch in this one, at least, that’s how I felt as I read it. Silas is such a romantic and I gobbled his words up. I would melt if someone said the things he said to me.
Bottom line, great novellas all around. For a quick, fun read, I would recommend these.
