I still don’t know about this one. It seems like she doesn’t truly like them but she stills tries to play their game. I wish she’d just commit one way or the other. The boys are still super mysterious and I am not liking them in this one. It seems like they are just playing a very elaborate game with her and WE DON’T KNOW WHY! I mean, I like the way they are going about it purely for the entertainment value; but there is literally no method to their madness.
Tinsley is not the sharpest tool in the shed for being strung along by them. While she does try to beat them at their own game, she fails miserably. In fact, her behavior is pretty confusing honestly. Her mind changes so quickly between being mad at them and forgiving them and trying to hang that I have lost a lot of respect for her. Pick a lane girl!
And the pacing on this one was sssssllllooooowwww. Not enough to really pull me in, it was more of the same from the last book with no new character growth. Or plot for that matter. But I’m in this one till the bitter end it seems, so onto the next. I can’t not read it now.
I think I’m going to wait for your thoughts on the entire series before deciding if I want to give this series a try.
