Blurb:

One, two, things are changing for you. Three, four, monsters at your door. Five, six, no one could predict. Seven, eight, you learn they're your mates. Nine, ten, it's time to fight again.
Paige Alice has changed, but she's not sure if that’s a good or bad thing.
The good. Four annoying and different types of men, who she trusts with her life. A scary but faithful sidekick, and of course, her crazy family.
The bad. ...Everything else.
*This is the first in a reverse harem romance trilogy. There's adult themes, course language, humor, and mm scenes, for 18+ only. *Sorry about the cliffhanger, but the second book will be released in early December 2019.

My Review:

This is a purely guilty pleasure read. I didn’t read it for the plot because it’s weak AF. I didn’t read it for the characters because they don’t have much depth.  And I didn’t read it for the dialogue because it’s choppy.  I read it for the RH. Although I will say if I overlook the lack of depth and the choppy scene changes its a pretty decent story anyway.

We don’t see many ghoul books round these parts.  In fact, I don’t think I have ever read one where the ghoul was a MC and one that is smart, funny, and pretty.  They are usually bad guys in the books I read, and mindless to boot.  It was nice to see a different character type take center stage.

And her harem came together pretty quickly.  Which was way too fast IMO.  They were all government agents, hard working and always faithful to their job.  She walks in their life and BOOM! They suddenly start questioning everything they have been doing.  I thought that was stupid and inconsistent with their characters.  I do like how it’s M/M and M/F/M. It had great chemistry so there is that going for it.  I started to read the second one but I bailed on it after a while.
