I loved the way this concluded. Amali and Kaim were still strong in their devotion in each other despite the fact that they don’t actually see each other till the very end. I love these kinds of love story conclusions. They each grow on their own and still come back to each other stronger than ever.
Kaim’s character evolution was stronger than Amali’s in this one. It was definitely necessary for him though. I love how he realizes that he is a demigod and meets his dad. It didn’t conclude how I expected it to though. I would have loved it if Amali has some powers instead of bluffing her way through. It didn’t really seem fair that Kaim had all the powers and she had to rely completely on him to save her. I get it, cause she is the only one he will ever kneel too yada yada yada. I guess I like them to be equal ya know. But still, fantastic ending. I can’t wait to read more from this author.
