Stacking The Shelves is feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews (and co-hosted by Reading Reality) in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. • The Beat Match (Showmen #3) by Kelly Siskind — releases September 16th, 2020 (MY BIRTHDAY!).  I didn’t even know I was getting this one, I just got an email and it was there!  SOOOO excited!  Happy early birthday to me!

New Releases:

• Lucky Shot (Brooklyn #4.5) by Sarina Bowen — released July 6th, 2020.  I actually thought I already got this free short, but apparently I didn’t (or maybe I have it in an anthology?), so I snagged it from Kobo.

Borrowed From The Library:

• Once & Future (Once & Future #1) by Amy Rose Capetta & Cori McCarthy, narrated by Lauren Fortgang — I finished this one and LOVED it!  Review coming soon.  I snagged it for my retelling challenge, and dude — it is PACKED full of awesome diversity (#ownvoices LGBT).

Audiobooks:

• A Boy Like You (Like Us #1) & A Girl Like Me (Like Us #2) by Ginger Scott, narrated by Kai Kennicott — GUESS WHAT???  Chirp deals finally work in Canada!!!  I don’t even know why I decided to check again, but these are fave books from Ms. Scott, so I wanted to check it out.  And lo and behold, it worked!  $1.99 for the first, $4.99 for the second, and still good til the end of the month I think.

Got It On Sale:

• The Field Guide to the North American Teenager by Ben Philippe — I think this got on my radar from some lists I was looking at, so when I saw it in my BookBub email for $2.99 from its usual $11.99, I snagged it from Kobo.  No longer on sale.
• Playing for Keeps (Hot Jocks #1) by Kendall Ryan — I’ve been interested in this series from the beginning, but never got around to looking in more depth.  So when I saw it in my BookBub email for free from its usual $3.99, I snagged it from Kobo.  Still free!
• Call Sign: Redemption (Away from Keyboard #7) by Patricia D. Eddy — I read the first book in this series last fall and really enjoyed it, so yet again when I saw this one in my BookBub email for 99 cents from its usual $4.99, I snagged it on Kobo.  No longer on sale.
• Full Contact by Cassie Cole — I saw this recommended for some reason that peaked my interest awhile ago (I don’t remember anymore), and so I wishlisted it.  And it kept going on sale for US, but not Canada until now!  99 cents from its usual $2.99, still on sale.
• From Blood and Ash (Blood and Ash #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout — This was a Kindle Daily deal I found out about in the Book Bonanza Attendees group on Facebook, on sale for $1.99 from its usual $5.99 IIRC.  Obviously no longer on sale.
• Crown of Midnight (Throne of Glass #2) by Sarah J. Maas — Same deal as above, though I don’t remember where I saw it was on a Kindle Daily deal…but also $1.99 from its usual $6.65 (no longer on sale).
• Broken Hollywood (Sparrow Sisters #1) by Lora Richardson — Saw this one in Melissa Pearl’s newsletter yesterday and it piqued my interest.  It was on sale for 99 cents from its current $2.99.
