Three popular erotic romance authors heat up the holidays with all- new stories.
Three bestselling authors steam up the pages with sexy tales of women who earn spots on Santa's naughty list...
In LuAnn McLane's Hot Whisper, a woman is stranded in a small town when a sexy local offers her lodging, eggnog-and more-to wait out the cold winter night.
In Susanna Carr's Hot for the Holidays, corporate rivals become lovers, thanks to an office Christmas party gone wild.
And in Janice Maynard's Hot Arctic Nights, a B&B in the far reaches of Alaska promises bed, breakfast and beyond for the new female manager and a hot tenant.
I found this book at my library in the sale room. Yes, we have a whole ROOM dedicated to books for sale at my library, pretty awesome huh? I think it was right before Katie from Just Another Girl and Her Books in association with Caroline Andrus: author and blogger, started sign ups for the #12booksofxmas reading challenge. Now technically this is three books. But….since they are being sold as a set I’m gonna count it as one for this challenge. Good thing I only committed to the first level of the challenge right? Elf Status: UNLOCKED!
The first book, Hot Whisper was almost DNF’d. I was not feeling the chemistry ya’ll. It just seemed to go too fast and I couldn’t get into it. It was only eh for me.
The second book, Hot for The Holidays was AWESOME! It had everything I wanted in a Christmas novella. Hot sexy scenes, Christmas parties, sweaters, carols and shopping! It was really great and the story was well paced and developed for a novella. I’m gonna look into more by this author.
The third book, Hot Arctic Nights was the best one of all. The chemistry was scorching throughout and it was way more graphic than the rest. The only thing that bugged me was the quick use of the L word. But I pretended it wasn’t said and it made the story better for me. 😉 The scenery was very romantic and added to the whole xmas theme as well.
Not a bad start to my xmas reading.
