Stacking The Shelves is feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Lenoreo’s Haul

(All Ebooks unless otherwise specified)

NetGalley ARC Requests Approved:

  • The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory from Berkley (Berkley Publishing Group — releases September 4th, 2018.  I’ve seen good reviews for Ms. Guillory’s debut (and some mixed reviews), and since it has diverse characters, I thought why not try!  I totally didn’t expect to get approved, woohoo!
  • Hard Sell (21 Wall Street #2) by Lauren Layne from Montlake Romance — releases September 4th, 2018.  I still have to read book 1, but I couldn’t resist.  August is going to be the month of ARC catch up.
  • Handle With Care (Saddler Cove #1) by Nina Croft from Entangled: Amara (Entangled Publishing, LLC) — releases July 30th, 2018.

ARCs From Authors/PR Companies:

  • The Accidentals by Sarina Bowen — releases July 10th, 2018.  I’M SO EXCITED!!!!  I’m totes reading it this upcoming week!!

Preorders That Went Live:

  • The Problem with Him (Opposites Attract #3) by Rachel Higginson — released June 26th, 2018.  I really need to get my review written, but a part of me wants to read the final version (since I beta read) before giving my thoughts.  Problems for another day.  It was amazing anyways, I adored Kaya and Wyatt.

Borrowed From The Library:

  • One Small Thing by Erin Watt, narrated by Charlotte North — I’ve seen mixed reviews on this one, but it’s Erin Watt, so I gotta try it.  But when I saw that there were a gagillion holds on one copy of the ebook at my library, I decided to be a smarty pants and recommend that they purchase the audio, and then when it got accepted I got the first borrow!  Look at me go!  *snort*  Gotta game the system peeps.

Audible Romance Package:

  • Becoming Calder (A Sign of Love novel) by Mia Sheridan, narrated by Jennifer Stark & Anthony Haden Solerno — This is a duet with Finding Eden, and I got them both in preparation for Book Bonanza.
  • Finding Eden (A Sign of Love novel) by Mia Sheridan, narrated by Jennifer Start & Anthony Haden Solerno
  • Bright Side (Bright Side #1) by Kim Holden, narrated by Roger Wayne & Lidia Dornet — Another Book Bonanza read…
  • Smut by Karina Halle, narrated by Lidia Dornet & Shaun Grindell — Yup, you guessed it, another Book Bonanza read.  These were all books I already owned the Kindle version of, and was wanting to read before Book Bonanza.  And apparently I thought splitting some of them with audio might get me through more books?  I don’t know, I think I’m on crack.

Audiobooks:

  • Grayson’s Vow (A Sign of Love novel) by Mia Sheridan, narrated by Maxine Mitchell & Joe Arden — So, as you can see above, I borrowed a few audiobooks in preparation for Book Bonanza, and then I realized that next week for my COYER challenge I’m doing Strict, which means no borrows count.  So since this one was another $1.99 audible add-on score, I would just get it for next week.  I don’t know when I think I’m going to read/listen to all these.  *rolls eyes*

Got It On Sale:

  • The Watchers Trilogy Boxed Set (The Watchers #1-3) by S.J. West — So I actually have a paperback copy of the first book that I won at UtopiaCon one year.  So when I saw this boxed set in my BookBub email for 99 cents from its usual $5.99 (or more), I didn’t hesitate!  Still on sale!
  • After the Game (The Field Party #3) by Abbi Glines — I got this one from the library in April and enjoyed it (see my review here), so I figured I’d wishlist it.  So when I got an eReaderIQ alert that it was on sale for $1.99 from its usual $10.99, I one-clicked!  Still on sale!
  • The Summer of Jordi Perez (And the Best Burger in Los Angeles) by Amy Spalding — I’m always on the lookout for more LGBT reads (especially for the non-G letters), so when I saw this in my BookBub email for $1.99 from its usual $9.99, I snagged it.  It looks like it has mixed reviews, but mostly good.  It’s not on sale for me any longer, but it might still be for US.
  • Midnight Blue by L.J. Shen — I saw mixed (but mostly good) reviews for this when it released earlier in the year, so when I saw it in my BookBub email for 99 cents from its usual $3.99, I figured that was a price I could risk on a new author.  I do enjoy celebrity romances.  No longer on sale.
