New Releases:

• Safe Cages (A Challenged Faith Novel #2) by Michelle Bolanger. I love this author so of course I had to get it.  See my review here.

Borrowed From The Library:

• Infused Water by Britt Brandon. I love all the recipes in this book.
• Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.  I like to read classics every now and again.
• Cut your Grocery Bill in Half with America’s Cheapest Family by Steve & Annette Economides.  I figured it couldn’t hurt with food prices going up.
• The Backyard Homestead. Edited by Carleen Madigan. Most of the text of this book is excerpted from previous published books by Storey Publishing.

Kindle Unlimited:

• His Banana by Penelope Bloom.  I HAD to read this one based on the title alone!
• House of Leights (Secret Keepers #3) by Jaymin Eve. I really love this series so far.

• Star-Crossed by Pintip Dunn from Entangled: Teen (Entangled Publishing, LLC) — releases October 2nd, 2018.  I read SO MUCH CONTEMPORARY that I kind of wanted to get some more non-contemp in.  So when I saw this it seemed perfect.  It’s not advertised as a series, but I’m skeptical…we’ll see.

NetGalley ARC Widgets Offered (and Taken):

• Love and Other Secrets (First Kiss Hypothesis #2) by Christina Mandelski from Entangled: Crush (Entangled Publishing, LLC) — releases September 3rd, 2018.  I read and enjoyed the first book in this series (The First Kiss Hypothesis), and so I was offered this widget…and since I’d been debating about requesting, my rubber arm was twisted.

Preorders That Went Live:

• Boy Toy (Man Hands #3) by Sarina Bowen & Tanya Eby — released August 14th, 2018.  Thoroughly enjoyed it, see my review here!

New Releases:

• Unbreak My Heart by Lauren Blakely — released August 11th, 2018.  Release day sale of $2.99 from regular $3.99, so even though I STILL haven’t read this author, I took a chance.  Seems to be $2.99 again, no idea…

Borrowed From The Library:

• One Small Thing by Erin Watt — So I actually got the audiobook awhile ago from the library, but then the travel craziness commenced and it was returned before I could listen.  So I put a hold on the audiobook AGAIN, but forgot I also had a hold on the ebook…so I went to go look and apparently I got the ebook.  Now to decide if I read it, or wait for the audiobook again.  *shrugs*

Audible Romance Package:

• Cinder & Ella (Cinder & Ella #1) by Kelly Oram, narrated by Kirsten Leigh — I’m wanting to finish this series this year, and this is one of my favourite books, so when I saw it was available in the romance package, I figured why not reread by listening!!  I’m a bit bummed there isn’t a male narrator for Brian’s parts, but we’ll see how it goes…

Audiobooks:

• The Smallest Part by Amy Harmon, narrated by Almarie Guerra — So I had an eReaderIQ alert that a bunch of Amy Harmon’s books were on sale (some still are, check them out!) and while most of her audiobooks are available with my Audible Romance Package, this one is new so it’s not.  But then I noticed it was just $1.99 to add on the audio, so I took advantage!  That’s a good deal folks.

Got It On Sale:

• Falling Away (Fall Away #3) by Penelope Douglas — I read the first book in this series (and book 1.5) awhile ago, and always wanted to continue on, so I wishlisted the rest.  So when I got an eReaderIQ alert that this one was on sale for $1.99 from its usual $5.99, I one-clicked!  Still on sale!  Now I just need book 2 to go on sale.  😛
• Long Shot (Hoops #1) by Kennedy Ryan — I’m pretty sure this was originally wishlisted b/c of Deanna @A Novel Glimpse (as per usual), but as Ms. Ryan was one of my fave meets at Book Bonanza, I have no problems wanting to read everything of hers.  So when I got an eReaderIQ alert that it was on sale for $1.49 from its usual $3.99, I snagged it!  Still on sale!
• Lost Girl (Neverwood Chronicles #1) by Chanda Hahn —  Peter Pan retelling?  Yup, it’s been on my radar for awhile, so when I saw this one on my BookBub email for free from its usual $3.99, I one-clicked.  Still free!
• Heat (Bearpaw Ridge Firefighters #1) by Ophelia Sexton — I read Curly Carla’s review and thought this sounded list my kind of book, so I wishlisted it.  So when I got an eReaderIQ alert that it was on sale for 99 cents from its usual $2.99, I snagged it!  Still on sale!
