Miko's denied her were-fox nature for far too long and turned her back on her vixen heritage. But when she meets two very sexy cat-shifters, she has to decide if she truly wants to give up on her frisky side, or embrace it. Because the were-fox in her doesn't want to choose between both men...it wants them both.
This story was originally published in the anthology WILD & STEAMY.
I didn’t like this one as much as the others. And its not because its a polyamourous relationship. I just didn’t think the progression of feelings from thought to action went very smoothly. We knew what they felt but it wasn’t articulated very well. I think this one is proably my least favorite one out of the series.
I didn’t understand her internal conflict. She didn’t want to be attracted to more than one person, but she was. And she had a real hard time dealing with that. I guess I just didn’t understand why it was such a big deal. Sure, she didn’t want to be like her mom, but really, whats the big deal? So you like variety, who doesn’t? It just didn’t seem like a big enough issue to ficus on for so long in this story.
And the reasoning behind their presence was seemed weak as well. The climax was a bit too easy and too quickly resolved. But it didn’t keep me from reading the rest. These a re a bit all over the place honestly. A reason I like them.
