Stacking The Shelves is feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Lenoreo’s Haul

(All Ebooks unless otherwise specified)

NetGalley ARC Requests Approved:

  • Uncontrollable (Beyond Human #3) by Nina Croft from Entangled: Amara (Entangled Publishing LLC) — releases September 24th, 2018.  I’ve read the first one in this series and enjoyed it (see my review for Unthinkable), and I have the 2nd book and need to read it.  It’s time to catch up!

ARCs From Authors/PR Companies:

  • Daylight Robbery (Aspen Falls #6) by Melissa Pearl & Anna Cruise — releases late September, 2018.  The final book in the series!!

Preorders That Went Live:

  • My Perfect Fix (The Fix #4) and A Fix Fling (The Fix #5) by Carey Heywood — both released September 7th, 2018.  I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!  And I’ve been waiting forever for Gideon’s story, so I’m sooooo excited!!!  And a bonus novella released on the same day too!

Audible Romance Package:

  • Him (Him & Her #1) by Carey Heywood, narrated by Lucy Rivers — I really want to finally get back to and finish this series, but since it’s been so long since I read Him, I figured I’d check out the audiobook for my reread!
  • Level Up (Fandom Hearts #1) by Cathy Yardley, narrated by Serena St. Clair & Dirk Slade — I just started listening to this one!  I’m both hoping to finish this series, and I’m reading it this month for my diversity challenge and my reading assignment challenge!
  • Hooked (Fandom Hearts #1.5) by Cathy Yardley, narrated by Serena St. Clair & Jay Skelton — I actually saw this in the package first and was excited to finally read it, and then I realized they were all in the package and I went back and got Level Up.
  • The Fire Between High & Lo (Elements #2) by Brittainy C. Cherry, narrated by Graham Halstead & Emily Woo Zeller — Another series I need to finish this year, and since I’ve enjoyed the first and the last on audio, I figured I’d try this too!
  • Kulti by Mariana Zapata, narrated by Callie Dalton — This will hopefully be another read for my diversity challenge this month!

Audiobooks:

  • Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days #1), World After (Penryn & the End of Days #2) & End of Days (Penryn & the End of Days #3) by Susan Ee, narrated by Caitlin Davies — So, I’ve been wanting to finally finish this series (even though I’ve heard mixed reviews about the end), and whenever I need to reread, I tend to look for audiobooks as a different way to devour it.  I haven’t read Angelfall since it first came out.  I discovered that the audiobooks were all $1.99 to add on if you already have the Kindle book (which I did for the series, though you’ll see more down below), so I’m having faith that I’ll enjoy Ms. Davies narration, and I went for it.  I don’t know if the add-on is a sale, or if it’s always that cheap, but I didn’t want to take chances, you know?

Got It On Sale:

  • Happy Hour at Casa Dracula (Casa Dracula #1) by Marta Acosta — So when looking for more potential reads for this month’s theme of Hispanic History Month for my Platypire Diversity Challenge, I went to Penny Reid’s Sharks of Awesome group on Facebook and asked for recs!  This was one of the ones mentioned, and since it was free I figured I’d give it a try!  I think it’s always free, so technically this isn’t a sale, but it feels like one.
  • Accidental Tryst (Charleston #1) by Natasha Boyd — I’ve noticed this author going to many signings I’ve been to, but I’ve never read anything by her (I don’t think).  I saw this on my BookBub email on sale for 99 cents from its usual $3.99, and since the cover and blurb both spoke to me, I figured I’d give it a try!  Still on sale!
  • Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days #1) by Susan Ee — So I have the indie version of this book, but as I discovered when I was looking for the audiobooks, I don’t have the Skyscape version of the book, so I wouldn’t have been able to get the add-on deal.  BUT, the Kindle books for this series all appear to be on sale, this one just 99 cents from its usual $3.49, so I figured why not!  Still on sale (as are books 2 and 3, though I already have them)!
