Stacking The Shelves is feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Curly Carla’s Haul

(All Ebooks unless otherwise specified)

Kindle Unlimited:

  • World After (Penryn & the End of Days #2) by Susan Ee.  I started reading this series and fell in love with it, I’m already a third into it.

Got It On Sale:

  • Forgotten Sins (Sin Brothers #1) by Rebecca Zanetti.  I love Rebecca Zanetti so any time her books go on sale, I grab them.

Lenoreo’s Haul

(All Ebooks unless otherwise specified)

NetGalley ARC Requests Approved:

  • Even If I Fall by Abigail Johnson from Inkyard Press (Harlequin TEEN)– releases January 8th, 2019.

New Releases:

  • Trailer Park Heart by Rachel Higginson — released October 23rd, 2018.  I beta read this one, and then promptly failed to write my review (as has been happening with beta reads lately).  But this one is really good, I definitely recommend you check it out!

Newsletter Freebies:

Audible Romance Package:

  • Oblivion (Lux #1.5) by Jennifer L. Armentrout, narrated by Rob Shapiro and Onyx (Lux #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout, narrated by Justine Eyre — So I finished listening to Obsidian, the first book (see my review here), and enjoyed it well enough to keep going!

Purchased:

  • Daddy Dragon Guardians: The Complete Series Collection Box Set (Daddy Dragon Guardians #1-4) by Meg Ripley — Why did I get this boxed set?  Because I’m *this* close to getting ALL 26 LETTERS for my A to Z Challenge, but I don’t have an X!  I get one freebie letter, but I kind of wanted to get them all.  So I started trying to look for books with titles that start with X.  Finally I started searching for X names (like Xavier or Xander) to see if there were any books that interested me (that weren’t too expensive).  And lo and behold I discovered Xander’s Mate!  A novella, so won’t take up much time, and only 99 cents!  But then I saw it’s book 2 in the series, and I noticed the box set was only 99 cents too, so I figured I’d just get the whole thing.  😉

Got It On Sale:

  • Runaway Girl (Runaway Rockstar #1) by Anne Eliot — I love Ms. Eliot’s books, and I haven’t read this series yet.  But as she’s a fave author, I watch all her books on eReaderIQ.  So when I got an alert that this one was FREE from its usual $4.99, I snatched it up!!  Still free!!
  • Let’s Get Textual (Text #1) by Teagan Hunter — I read my first book by Ms. Hunter before Book Bonanza, and then met her there, and so I started following her on eReaderIQ.  So when I got an alert that this one was free from its usual $3.99, I one-clicked!  No longer on sale.
  • If I Return (The 12 NA’s of Christmas) by Sawyer Bennett — Yet another author I follow on eReaderIQ.  I remember when these Christmas NA’s came out, and I read a few of them, but not this one.  So when I got an alert that this one was on sale for 99 cents from its usual $2.99, my finger slipped… 😉  Still on sale!

  1. I can’t wait to read Trailer Park Heart! I have read The Knocked-Up Plan and it was a super fun read. I hope you love it. I also loved Let’s Get Textual. You’re in for some fun!
