Blurb:

What’s more romantic than a love song? A mixtape full of them.

Twelve bestselling and award-winning authors have curated an anthology of brand-new, standalone stories inspired by love songs.

My Review:

Favorite Quotes:

I have plans to sleep in, read an endless number of books, and soak for hours in the outdoor hot tub under the stars. In between all that, I intend to do some yoga, bake, snowshoe, and simply enjoy the peace and solitude that being in the middle of the woods brings.

“And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.”   ~ Khalil Gibran

He keeps his eyes on me, but his gaze is far off and cloudy, like those pictures of celestial clouds you only wish you could touch. They exist somewhere between everything and nothing. And that’s what this moment feels like.

Ok, so for the most part these were all good, there were a few that I felt were just seemed like scenes instead of true short stories but once I got over that I kinda flew through it. I’m not gonna go through each one though because….laziness.

I will say that I have top three favorites.

Say Yes had everything I wanted in a story. I loved both characters and the flow was perfect.

Toothpaste Kisses was another one that stood out for me.  The art added a nice depth and the chemistry was amazing!

Moment of Truth was kind of hard to get through but the emotion it evoked in me was intense and I loved it.

I love anthologies in general so this one was a win for me.
