This cookbook was recommened to me by my boss. (Hi Glenda!) Everyone at my office does the Keto diet so we share and exchange LOTS of recipes and encouragement. She forwarded me the link and low and behold, it was available on KU! Now I was just gonna buy it because I like to hold a cookbook and write in it and mark it up. It’s hard to just read a cookbook, especially when I want to try all the recipes.
But I found a work around because I snipped my favorite recipes and printed them out so I could still doodle them up. And this book has so many different kinds of food to make. I have a cuban recipe that looks amazing. Lots of mexican, indian and I think there was an african recipe in there. I love to try new foods so you’ll be seeing pics on my IG page.
If you like to cook, try new foods and are doing Keto, pick this book up!
What’s an instant pot? Is it like a Crockpot/ slow cooker? This looks like a pretty cool cookbook, and one that might work well with my dietary guidelines.
