I don’t really like to get cookbooks on KU because I like to own them so I can write on the recipes when I try them for future notes. I will write things like, “Everyone really liked, made lots of leftovers” or “repeater, great weeknight meal” But I can’t do that with KU since they are digital. Also, I have to copy all the recipes to my google docs and print them out for my homemade recipe book which is pretty time consuming. That being said, I will always skim a cookbook on KU just to see if anything pops out to me. If it looks good enough, I’ll put in the effort to copy the recipes.
I loved a lot of recipes in this book so I kept this book for a long time copying them. Since I love to food prep it was totally worth it. And it was a clear and concise read. In fact, I may end up buying this one because there were so many recipes that appealed to me and I didn’t copy them all.
