I liked it, even if the romance went a little too fast and I felt that she was way too interested in getting laid than helping find her fellow humans. She was incredibly self centered and too stubborn for someone her age in my opinion.
In fact, I didn’t really like her that much as all. She was too beta for me. I like my heroines more alpha and sassy. She felt too juvenile and lazy.
Now Alien man was super delish. He was honest and deadly and smart. Ugh, he even put up with her insecurities for her past relationships. I’m too impatione to deal with that shit, if I was him I would have bounced after the third or fourth time she accused me of straying. Also, what was up with the one chic who tried to snake him from her? We only heard from her once and that situation was never really resolved. They never confronted her about her lies, which I thought was necessary but she just kinda disappeared. I also felt she gave up trying to go home too soon. I don’t even think she tried to help the others who wanted to go home either which was a bad look for her.
I don’t know if I’m reading more in this series yet.
