Stacking The Shelves is feature/weekly meme hosted by Reading Reality in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Newsletter Freebies:

Had To Get The Next In The Series:

  • The Rose & the Dagger (The Wrath & the Dawn #2) by Renée Ahdieh — What’s a girl to do when she didn’t know it was a duology?  Suck it up and pay full price on Kobo.

Got It On Sale:

  • Well Played (Well Met #2) by Jen DeLuca — Stephanie from Once Upon a Chapter alerted me to this sale ($1.99 from $9.99, still on sale!): and come June 1st you’ll find out why she thought I’d want to know!
  • Queen Move (All the King’s Men #3) by Kennedy Ryan — I follow this author on eReaderIQ, so when I got an alert that this book was on sale for 99 cents from its usual $4.99, I one-clicked on Kobo!  No longer on sale.
  • Bayou Baby (Butterfly Bayou #2) by Lexi Blake — Another author I follow on eReaderIQ!  I love this series, and when I saw it was on sale for $1.99 from its usual $7.99 I snagged it on Kobo!  Still on sale!
  • Fall Through Spring (Winter Ball #3) by Amy Lane — I think I saw this on BookBub (though I’m surprised I didn’t get an alert on eReaderIQ as well): on sale for 99 cents from its usual $6.49, so I one-clicked on Kobo!  Still on sale!
  • The Mirror & the Maze (The Wrath & the Dawn #1.5) and The Crown & the Arrow (The Wrath & the Dawn #0.5) by Renée Ahdieh — These are super short stories that are always free, but I couldn’t resist…probably going to sneak them in in between other books.

  1. I’ll be curious to know what you think of that Emma Scott book. That’s not one I’ve read of hers.
Also, I liked Hill’s book, but I like other books she has written better. I thought Snowballed was better. My favorite of the 3 was #10, though. That book made me so happy!
    And I loved Well Played!
