I really liked this cookbook, I read his KetoFast book earlier in the year and was a bit confused by all the medical jargon. This was much easier to understand. There were lots of delicious looking soup recipes for fasting, which I do like to do every once in a while. I usually do an 16 to 18 hour IF during the week but the ones in this book are more extensive. I already tagged about a dozen recipes that I would like to try once I get back into ketosis and can maintain it for at least 6 weeks. So far this year has been a fail but I will continue to strive to reach my goals. If you are looking for a good intro to the Keto IF lifestyle, this is a good resource to read.
