My Review:

This book had some good info but for the most part it was geared toward a more medically inclined mind than mine. I didn’t understand half of what the terms were and honestly the keto-plan was just a over complicated version of what I had been doing on my own for months so really I spent money on a book for info that I already knew and was already implementing…..Bummer.  Honestly, it wasn’t until I heard him guest speak on a podcast I listen to that I really got the whole ketofast timed meals thing.
